This month marks a decade since Phil Earl joined Agrivert – and what an incredible impact he has made.
Since joining in 2015, Phil has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success. He led the refinancing of Agrivert, securing a strong financial foundation, before overseeing the successful sale of our operating assets to STGP. Stepping into the role of CEO in January 2023, he has guided the business with vision, determination, and strategic foresight.
Phil has also been instrumental in spearheading Agrivert and Low Carbon’s joint venture partnership to establish Beacon – a platform dedicated to developing anaerobic digestion plants across Europe. His leadership continues to drive innovation and growth in the sector.
